Isabela Pucci

Isabela has extensive experience in providing advice to different corporations throughout her career, in sectors (automotive, car parts, household appliances, power tools, security systems, printing machines, call centers, media, advertising, animal nutrition, industrial, oil services, software, image banks, services, banking and financial, among others) on civil, commercial and corporate law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, copyright, entertainment. Isabela has a vast experience on M&A since the '90s,  including the privatization of public companies, representing foreign companies and the Argentine Government. Prior to joining Silva Ortiz, Alfonso, Pavic & Louge, Isabela worked many years in Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal, and Baker McKenzie (Buenos Aires office). Isabela is also certified (sworn) translator of Portuguese language. Isabela speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese
